Delivery charges on the webshop for deliveries in the Netherlands will be done by Post-NL, and their rates will apply. For deliveries to countries outside of the Netherlands, the delivery charges will depend on the distance from the Netherlands. You will be sent an email after you’ve purchased your item. This will have the oder number included. Use this order number to communicate with us for any questions or when you want to return an item.

You will need to give use a notice through the chat functionality on our website. Your message will land in our support team, where multiple team members can take a look at your question. 

Once you have purchased the item, there will be a period for when action is required on our side. Once you have the track-and-trace code, you can no longer cancel the order.
